Lagos, April 3: At least eight people were killed but 12 rescued after a boat capsized Wednesday in Nigeria's largest city Lagos, the country's emergency agency said.

The Minister for Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, on Tuesday in Abuja said no fewer than 1.8 million graduates in the country move into the labour market every year.
