It was exactly one year, yesterday when the Nigerian music industry lost of its most talented female singer, Goldie Harvey to the cold hands of death.

A nurse who 'wove a web of lies' in her attempt to smuggle a Nigerian baby into the UK has been stuck off by the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Prof. Tanimola Akande of Epidemiological and Community Health departmrnte of the University of Ilorin, on Friday alerted the Federal Government on the prevalence of imported fake drugs in Nigerian markets.

The excited Kelly expressed her joy in being in Nigeria for the second time and said she could not wait to get all the excitement from the concert.

The Federal Government is to hire independent forensic auditors to examine the books of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, with a view to ascertaining whether or not it has failed to remit oil revenues to the Federation Account, as alleged by the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi.

Lagos, Feb 14: Nigeria dropped by six spots in the February rankings of the Federation of International Football Associations to place 47th in the world, Xinhua reported.
